30 Days of Side Hustles - Day 4

Today feels like it should be a holiday. Is it just me? Next week is actually a 4-day weekend for my son. I’m gonna take that time off with him and cannot wait!
We are on day 4 of side hustles.
Let’s recap..

Day 2 was high-ticket affiliate marketing

Day 4 is…Website Flipping
Surprised? Ha!
I’m starting with all the ones I do.
This one is fun and you can do it with no coding and a small budget (max $50).
I flipped a small site 2 weeks ago for 3 figures on Flippa.
And, I’ve done over $40K in sales there.
It’s one of the best places to sell sites but, you can also go to platforms like:
Niche Investor
Motion Invest
Acquire
Microns
And, others

How it works?
I build and flip sites so, first, I pick a niche I like, then create a site about it, and then lastly, grow the site and sell it.
The short-term starter sites sell for 3-4 figures each.
The long-term esablished sites sell at $1K+.
Pick a niche
Build the site
Grow the site and sell it!
You can hold the site for 1 week or 1+ years. You can generate traffic to it and grow the income, to monetize, or not, your choice.
For a side hustle, I’d do starter sites only
You can start with one build, for $40, for example, flip it for $300 to net $260.
Then, the next week, do it again.
You can even get to a point where you can build/flip multiple sites at once.
For example, build/flip 4 sites a month, selling for $400 each or $1,600/mo in side hustle income.
