Hey!
We got snow in Houston! At least 3 inches I think. I stayed up til 4am watching it come down. The snowfall ended at around 10am.
I made mini snowmen with my son and we threw snowballs and he made a snow angel for the first time. We went out 3 times to play in snow!
It’ll be gone by tomorrow though probably lol.
Ok, so what’s this 5K program by Meta?
Spoiler alert, I’ve already applied!
If I’ve learned anything about creator programs, it’s that when a new one comes up, jump on it, while its here!
I made almost $40K from Pinterest Creator Rewards, including a record $10K+ month.
I also had a chance to participate in other creator-based programs but, I’ve missed the boat on a few, as well.
Not this one.
It’s called the Breakthrough Bonus
Creators can earn up to $5,000 in a 90 day period for posting their content.
The application took me a few minutes to complete. I had to link my TikTok and that’s about it.
I’ll hear back in a few days to see if I made the cut!
To earn, you must (according to Meta):
Share at least 20 reels on Facebook and 10 reels on Instagram within 30 days of accepting the terms and conditions of the bonus program. Reels shared must be public and not promoted or boosted as ads. Crossposting across apps doesn’t count toward the bonus payout.
Share reels on at least 10 separate days within each 30-day bonus period.
Share directly from each app using the Facebook Page and Instagram account you selected during the application process.
I’ve also heard something about an invite-only program where IG is paying creators to be exclusive in posting to them only (no more TikTok) for a period and paying $10K to $50K per month for that. But, haven’t found an article for that yet.
Here’s the link to learn more.
Would you apply?
Best,
Jenn

That’s amazing with you did with Pinterest. I can’t stomach Facebook enough to post like that for their program.
However, several years ago I had a small travel blog and Pinterest helped me bring in majority of the traffic. Pinterest can be pretty great when you do it right.
Poor Zuck is desperate for people to come back to his platform. There is another term for what this is: Bribery.
