This is my 16th newsletter in a row on Substack! I’m really keeping up with my newsletter challenge this month. Halfway through the month!

Website flipping 5 sites!

Here’s the breakdown…

1 seasoned site (will sell for $35K to $70K I think)
4 starter sites ($200 to $500 each)
- 2 on auction
- 1 in negotiations
- 1 classified listing

This is the way I used to build sites before (years ago).

I’m not offering more for the same amount of money. I’m offering more for more money.

So instead of flipping $300 to $500 websites.

With my new website package, I’ll be flipping $800 to $1,200 websites.
