I flipped another microwebsite

How much I made and my plans for the rest of the year

Hey there,

Hope you had a happy Easter, if you celebrate it. I just flipped another microwebsite.

Here’s how it went…

I flipped the site in my first round of my website flipping group coaching. I took the month of March to build and develop the site then, I listed it for sale on Flippa about a week ago.

It sold for $250.

The entire process took a few hours.

Imagine if ten of these sites flipped in a month.

I could batch-create them and sell them for thousands each month as a new income stream.

Selling hundreds of sites for up to $25K+ per month

With a team, you could really ramp up site creation and do 100 or more of these sites a month for up to $25,000/month or more.

It’s an experiment I’ve been thinking about trying but doing it solo.

1. Hand register a few dozen domains at once

2. Create the content using the help of AI (I like to use Jasper AI and Copy AI)

3. Put them on Flippa for sale

It really makes you think.

Anyway, the first round of my website flipping group coaching went so well that I’m doing it again, starting May 1st!

How the Group Coaching works

First, you can join the group coaching.

A requirement of joining the coaching is that you’re a student of The Art of the Microflip course.

That’s because I want everyone to be on the same page with the website flipping material. It’s not fair for some people to have access to the course and know what’s happening and others not.

Next, on May 1st, the Facebook group opens up where the website build will start happening.
I will be building a website in public in the group. I encourage students to build their site alongside me so we can all do it together but, this is optional. You can sit back and watch, if you prefer.

The coaching lasts one month long and you’ll have lifetime access to the group, materials I post in the group, and the ability to see future flips I do in public in the group.
