I flipped a website!
Here's how it happened...
Hey,
No surprise, I bring this up often. I do website flipping.
I create websites and sell them. I mostly do tiny microwebsites that I make around my interests…
Coffee
Matcha
Gardening
Hair and beauty
Business
Blogging
Finance
Travel
I also do bigger website builds and flips, like my 3+ year old website I flipped last year for $26K.
In the past 4 days or so, I flipped another starter site.
Here’s how it happened…
First, I chose a niche (gardening) and build a website around that niche.
I picked gardening because of my growing interest in the topic.
I did keyword research and found a bunch, I mean a BUNCH of high-volume, low-competition keywords to rank for.
That, along with seeing a growing number of gardening sites perform well and flip for nice numbers, made me jump into this niche for the first time.
Here’s one of them…
The Flippa listing…
Next, I created the WordPress website.
I knew I was going to flip it as a starter site, right from the start.
When I was ready, I put it up for sale and sold it! I got paid via Paypal, transferred the site and done!
Here’s my free website flipping guide if you want to learn more about how website flipping works.
I do this now with AI-built sites. And, I’ll be trying my hand at app flipping next.
I posted about this topic on Reddit recently and got about 400K views in the first 24 hours 😳
And, found these flippers doing this…
$50K flip on first website flip of a finance site
$1,500 to $2K per month from blog income
Interesting stuff, right?
Have a great day!
Best,
Jenn
P.S. An update on 15 posts/week? It’s hard, lol. Just takes some routine-building. I have been doing 2-3 posts a day so far.
This includes moving posts from one platform to another. I count that.
I’m dedicated to making this work and curious to see the results in 30 days.

I am impressed.
