Hey,
I got the most lovely shoutout recently. One of my students did website flipping and turned $32 into $600!

How it works?
Pick an AI website builder, like Loveable or others
Give it a prompt to build your website
Edit and publish
The build happens in minutes and it comes out so beautifully. There are some key things to know about prompting…
The more specific/complex the prompt, the better
Be detailed
Use ChatGPT for help, if needed
AI + website flipping
The idea is to create these sites with AI fast then put them onto your hosting to run like normal.
You can run them over the short term to flip as starter sites.
Starter sites are microwebsites
They have thin content (very little content)
They are valuable, even with no traffic and no income
These sites sell for up to $500 each (sometimes higher or lower)
Or, run them over the long term as established sites.
Established sites are aged/seasoned
These sites are usually income-producing and generate traffic
They can be full businesses including digital assets like newsletter, social pages, etc.
These sites sell for 4+ figures (my last one sold 3-4 weeks ago for $26,500)
The future of website flipping
Websites will always be here. Flipping or selling sites will always be here, as well and I think AI is going to make it better.
You can create and work on sites faster and more efficiently.
You can even venture into volume selling which I’ve seen a number of website flippers do, including one of my top students who has sold up to 10-11 sites per month in the past.
