I know social media can be a pain in your side sometimes but, it works! There are some social channels I hate using, honestly. I don’t use them personally at all but, they WORK for business.
I use a collection of tips and tricks I’ve used over the years to grow my followers, get engagement and make money.
I discovered an extra high-ticket sale in my second Paypal account yesterday, that came from TikTok!
And, I commonly have surprise payments fall into my Stripe account because of systems and practices I use with social media.
So, I’m here to reveal them to you…
9 Social Media Tricks to Try to Grow Your Biz Income
Some of these will be kinda boring but, they work.
Post consistently - duh, right? For IG, on a new acct that’s 3X a day, whew I know. And, TikTok? Up to 5X a day. These can literally be 5-6 second posts that have a video and text overlay. Doesn’t need to be complicated.
Using AI is a shortcut - my friend, Julie has this faceless reels system with Midjourney AI that creates these gorgeous reels super fast and easy. Look how her numbers transformed…

Follow others - following others helps YOU grow! Funny idea, right? This works on every single social channel I’ve tried – Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
Engage - like/comment/heart/favorite/share others’ content. The rule with IG, for example, is to do this 5-10 mins before and after you post to see your reach explode. Try it!
Use keywords - SEO is everywhere! Keywords in your bio, profile, on-text screen, caption and description. A must!
Follow trends - this can be hard if you’re not normally on social media. I would take 10-15mins a day, minimum to play on social media. Treat it like a job. This will give you a chance to see trending content, music, etc. that you can start incorporating into your content. I took an IG trend last year and used it to get my first viral reel, over 400K views and 4K+ followers from that ONE post!
Monetize - if you want to grow income from social media, post your links! Affiliate links, your services, your store links, etc.
Talk about your “thing” over and over - it’s going to feel monotonous and even spammy but, focus on one thing, that flagship thing you’re about or you sell and share it in EVERY.SINGLE.POST or most of them. Watch your sales transform. I did this with one of my TikTok accounts and I now earn 4 figures per month from that account, alone! I made around $600 from it yesterday!
Livestream - there’s connection that’s built with this. You can show your personality, excitement for your “thing” and reputation build while streaming. It can bring so many sales to you.
