Hey,
I am on coffee #2 on this rainy Labor Day weekend, at least today here in Houston.
The scene: I popped 3 peanut butter m&m’s into my mouth as I leaned back into my bed to type this newsletter.
My cat is napping in the corner of my bed.
Proof:
There’s a movie playing in the background and it’s super dark/gloomy outside. It already rained and I think the rain will return any minute.
Ok so…6 things.
6 Things…
This is 6 things I tried and/or learned recently.
1. Ads are the KEY to scaling
I don’t know why I didn’t play around with them earlier. I don’t know what the ROAS is off the top of my head but it is increasing.
The most important thing is that I’m seeing a return on my ad spend.
It’s very exciting and I can’t wait to continue learning and growing this thing. One of my peers spends about $25 to $50 a day on ads and makes $9K/mo from it, from one product. The goal!
I didn’t take a course for this
I did acquire knowledge from years of testing and trialing Meta ads here and there
I also chatted with some people over the years who shared some advice about it
I sell a high ticket product and it’s made me around 4 figures in income so far.
2. Pinterest Automation
I’m going to achieve this through the use of this tool.
This is the Pinterest keyword research tool I discovered recently. I just finished the trial and I’m going to get it!
I’ve invested in tools like Ahrefs and SEMRush before. Pinclicks is the same kinda thing but for Pinterest.
A fellow blogger friend of mine uses this to drive ALL her social traffic from Pinterest.
She makes about $7k/mo from her various blogs and one blog gets 200K monthly views from Pinterest, thanks to this tool.
If you want to try it, go here.
3. AI website flipping
This is great for static websites, like landing pages or sales pages. Even directories and other kinds of sites.
Build, grow, sell.
The tools I’ve tested:
4. More is not more
I’ve had the realization recently that more is not better. More is not more, necessarily.
I’ve always been nicknamed the queen of side hustles or the queen of income streams and when people ask me how I manage to do it all, I kind of shrug in my head.
I get it done. It’s not stressful. It’s pretty low-key, if I’m being honest but, for the first time in a long time, I’m starting to feel the strain of it all and I realize that I am turning into the jack of all trades and that’s not what I want to be.
So, I’m going to streamline, cut some things off, and hunker down to focus on one or two things.
I’m very excited for it!
5. The Great Lock-In
A friend of mine brought this up to me recently. It’s circulating around TikTok and it just means to lock in to get to your goals.
You don’t have to wait until January to start hitting those resolutions or working towards your goals. Start now and see where you are by 2026.

Q4 is right around the corner. Now is the time to start planning and putting everything in place to end your year off with a bang.
6. AI and more AI
AI is here to stay. Embrace it. Get comfortable with it. Figure out how to use it in your work and business.
There are definitely people against it but, I saw this video recently and it really hit home.
We are in a unique time. I think early adopters will be rewarded, like with most early adoption. Just some personal thoughts of mine.
Anyway, those are my 6 things.
Wrap Up
The Labor Day sales ending today and tomorrow…
My website flipping course is 60% OFF and ends 9/2 midnight CST (tonight at midnight, basically). One of my students recently flipped his website for $1,250.
UBC and SWC, the digital marketing courses are both $100 OFF. The SWC sale ends at 11:59pm EST tonight and UBC sale ends Tuesday, Sept 2nd at 5:59AM EST
UBC is responsible for my growth on IG (I went zero to 8K followers in a year) and it helped me get consistent growth and sales from my digital products
SWC taught me multiple income streams and recently, how to create AI avatars like these (see below)
How to Sell in a Nutshell is $17 (I bought it when it was $37) and helps you master online selling through a better understanding of customer behavior and sales psychology. The creator made $100K in 6 months as a beginner. It’s for existing digital product sellers who need to improve their sales.
WTF 30 stands for Win the First 30 Days and is a course and Squid Games style challenge that rewards you with real cash (past challenges have awarded $250 to students).
It helps you improve your digital product sales. The DM Mastery module made me an extra nearly $1,500 in the last 2 weeks. It’s VERY good. $149 (about to raise to $349 in the next 24 hours).
Enjoy your day!
Best,
Jenn
