13 Business Boosters to Help You Smash Your Biz Goals for Q4
We’re talking business boosters in this email. As we’re heading into Q4 of 2022, I wanted to share some tips, tools, and strategies to help you smash your goals.
Let’s go.
1. Start preparing early
First thing, start preparing early. If you haven’t already planned out the 4th quarter of the year, now’s the time to get started.
Early preparation can help you map out a plan, give yourself plenty of time to get ready, staff up, invest in tools, and get all the tools in your toolbox ready so you can kick off Q4 with a bang.
2. Level up your tools
Don’t be afraid to invest in tools. Tools can help you work smarter, not harder. There’s no reason why you need to do things manually or do it all on your own. Lean on tools.
Here are some of my favorites:
Jasper AI is an AI writing assistant (I use this almost every day).
Lasso is a tool I’m testing out. It helps you improve your conversion rate with affiliate marketing offers on your WordPress blog.
ConvertKit is the email marketing software program I use. I’m planning on switching over to Systeme soon.
Gumroad helps me sell ebooks. You can also use them to sell other digital products and physical products.
Speedwrite can help you do article rewriting. I have been using this for the past several months. It didn’t quite work out for me so I’ll be ending use once my subscription runs out but, I share it here with you in case you want to check it out.
Ko-fi for collecting tips and donations from my readers, audience, and supporters.
Starter Story is an inspiration-builder. It’s not going to directly help you improve your business. It’s just a collection of startup stories but, you can read the stories to get inspired and learn what other entrepreneurs have done right and done wrong, so you can keep that in mind for your business.
Google Docs is what I use for voice typing. It helps me write a lot of content by just using my voice.
Canva for anything graphics-related.
Ahrefs for SEO research.
3. Outsource
Outsource so you can put the work that you don’t like to do or don’t do well to professionals. For example, if you hate scheduling Pinterest posts, use a scheduler like Tailwind.
4. Make a plan
Plan it all out. Get your ideas on paper and map out your Q4.
5. Go multi-channel
Don’t discount the power of going multi-channel. Going multi-channel can help you target your audience from different angles. This can work incredibly well but try to avoid getting spread out too thin here, which can happen.
6. Put it on autopilot
If it can be put on autopilot, do it. It’ll save you time. Tools like IFTTT, for example, can help you automate your tasks. You can do this with email marketing and other tasks.
7. Use email marketing
Email marketing is so powerful. If you’re not using email marketing, it’s never too early to start. This is a great way to reach your audience, make money, and automate your message.
8. Create urgency in your messaging
Use urgency in your messaging. It’s the end of the year. Press your audience to make a decision and give them an incentive to do so.
9. Set goals
Goal setting is going to drive you to perform your best work. These can be micro or macro goals. Make sure they are actionable and measurable.
10. Plan for your success
Envision your success. This is about mindset mapping. Plan for a successful Q4 and create a reward for when you meet that success.
11. Reward yourself
Reward yourself throughout this process or at the end when you meet your goals. Make this reward tantalizing and really worth it. Think big!
12. Motivate your customers
Motivate your customers, inspire them, wow them and prompt them to take action.
13. Plan special events
The end of the year is a great time to plan some really awesome special events. Think outside of the box, make it fun, and
look at other businesses for inspiration.
What plans do you have to pull out an amazing Q4?
